Vehicle Wrap & Graphics Service Policy

Thank you for choosing Evolutions Graphics & Designs for your vehicle wrap and graphics needs. To ensure the best possible results and a smooth experience, we kindly ask all clients to review and adhere to the following policies regarding design approval, vehicle preparation, installation, and care. These guidelines help us deliver exceptional quality and protect your investment.

1. Design Approval Policy

Proofing & Approval:
All design concepts and proofs will be provided to the client for review prior to production. Written approval (via email or signed form) is required before any printing or fabrication begins.
    
Printed Material Proof (Optional):
If the client requests, we can provide a printed sample on the same material used for the final wrap. This allows you to see the exact color, texture, and finish before full production.
Please note: Requesting a printed material proof will require additional production time and may delay the installation schedule.
    
Finality of Approval:
Once a design is approved, no further changes can be made without incurring additional costs and possible delays.
    
Color & Layout Disclaimer:
Please note that colors may vary slightly between digital proofs and final printed materials due to differences in screen calibration and printing processes. We strive for the closest possible match.
    
Timeliness:
Delays in approval may impact your scheduled installation date. Prompt feedback is appreciated to maintain project timelines.

Design File Policy:
Design services are included in the price of your wrap. If you require the editable design file to be sent to you, there is a $500 fee for file release.

Design Adaptation Notice:
Please note that all designs are created in 2D mockups for client approval. During installation, the actual vehicle surface includes curves, contours, and other variations that may cause the final wrap to differ slightly from the approved mockup. Our installation process is performed manually by skilled professionals, and while we strive to match the mockup as closely as possible, minor adjustments may occur to ensure proper fit and finish.

2. Vehicle Drop-Off & Installation Day Requirements

Scheduling:
Installation appointments are set in advance. Vehicles must be dropped off at our facility by 9:00 AM, Monday to Friday:
2164 NW 19th Ave, Miami, FL 33142. Business hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
If you require a weekend installation, this can be arranged by special request and is subject to an additional fee.
    
Vehicle Preparation:
Clean Only: Your vehicle must be thoroughly washed and completely dry before drop-off.
No Wax or Polishes: Do not apply wax, polish, ceramic coatings, or any surface treatments within 7 days prior to installation. These can interfere with vinyl adhesion and may compromise the wrap.
    
Remove Accessories: Please remove all personal items, antennas (if possible), and aftermarket accessories that may obstruct the wrap process.
Inspection: Our team will inspect the vehicle upon arrival. Any surface contaminants, dents, rust, or damage may affect installation quality.
    
Late or Improper Drop-Off:
Once the installation has been scheduled, it is important that the customer drops off the vehicle at the agreed time. Late arrivals can disrupt our schedule and delay the installation process.
Vehicles that do not meet preparation requirements or are dropped off outside of the scheduled time may need to be rescheduled and could be subject to additional charges.
    
3. Post-Installation Maintenance & Care

Curing Time:
Do not wash your vehicle for at least 72 hours after installation to allow the vinyl adhesive to set properly.

Hand Wash Only:
Use a mild soap and soft sponge or cloth.
Avoid high-pressure washers or automated car washes, as these can lift the vinyl edges and damage the wrap.
    
No Harsh Chemicals:
Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or petroleum-based products on the wrap.
    
Protection:
Park in shaded or covered areas when possible to prolong the life and vibrancy of your wrap.
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
    
Spot Cleaning:
For tough stains (bird droppings, tree sap, etc.), gently soak and wipe the area with a soft cloth. Do not scrub aggressively.

4. Warranty & Limitations

Material Warranty:
We use premium materials from trusted brands like 3M, Avery Dennison, and APA, which offer manufacturer warranties against defects.

Workmanship Guarantee:
Our installation is guaranteed against lifting, bubbling, or peeling due to workmanship for a period of one year.
    
Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, or failure to follow these policies.

5. Disclaimer of Responsibility

Evolutions Graphics & Designs is not responsible for any issues, defects, or failures that result from non-compliance with the above requirements.
If the vehicle is not properly cleaned, has wax or contaminants, or if post-installation care instructions are not followed, the warranty may be voided and we cannot guarantee the durability or appearance of your wrap.
    
Installation Variations:
The client acknowledges that due to the manual installation process and the three-dimensional nature of vehicles, slight differences may exist between the approved 2D design and the final installed wrap. Evolutions Graphics & Designs will always aim to maintain fidelity to the approved mockup.

6. Additional Terms

Personal Belongings:
We are not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle. Please remove all valuables before drop-off.

Unforeseen Delays:
While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, supply chain, etc.) may occur. We will communicate promptly regarding any changes to your schedule.
